Ingredients: 74% wholegrain spelt (wheat) flour, powdered eggs, powdered milk, salt, sugar, raising agents: sodium carbonates, diphosphates.

To make 8 to 10 pancakes.
To make basic pancakes:
Place the ready pancake mix into a bowl and add 500 ml of water. Stir into a smooth batter. Grease a pan and heat it. Ladle the batter evenly. Cook until golden on both sides.
If you want to save some of the ready pancake mix for later, use to a ratio of 1:1.6 – 100 g of the mix to 160 ml of water.
Instructions for making American pancakes:
Place the ready pancake mix into a bowl and add 330 ml of water. Stir and cook.

To make them really good:
Pancakes made from wholegrain spelt flour will go well with different types of jam. Chocolate spread can also be sprinkled with ground walnuts, hazelnuts or coconut. For a savoury version, simply add avocado topped with lemon juice, or opt for tomato, mozzarella and prosciutto. Any leftover pancakes can be cut into slices and added to soup.
